Ampar Restaurant by Estudio Caramba

When design meets cuisine, spaces capable of inspiring emotion are created. This is the case with Ampar, the restaurant designed by Tomás Alía's Studio Caramba, located inside the boutique hotel Hospes Palau de la Mar in Valencia: a refined and contemporary environment, where every detail contributes to creating a unique narrative.

The heart of the project is concentrated in the main room, characterized by two large arches enhanced by a custom intervention by Tecnografica, transforming them into decorative surfaces with a unique character. Here, the wallpaper was created in a completely custom version, tailored to fit perfectly within the arches. The result is a visual interplay of fluid lines and enveloping colors, capable of giving depth and movement to the walls, without ever weighing down the space.

The combination of warm-toned furnishings, soft fabrics, and soft lighting creates an elegant atmosphere, where aesthetics and functionality interact harmoniously. The dining room thus becomes the ideal stage for enjoying the culinary experience offered by Ampar, combining taste and design in perfect balance.
