Yumi Restaurant by Atelier46

Atelier46, an architecture studio based in Milan, designed Yumi, an Asian cuisine restaurant located in Paderno Dugnano (Milan, Italy). The restaurant is situated inside the Brianza Shopping Center, and was therefore conceived to ensure both visibility and accessibility, while also providing privacy and intimacy for diners. Yumi Restaurant has a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, with an exotic touch that reflects its culinary offerings. For the interior, the studio conducted thorough research into materials and finishes to ensure that no detail was overlooked. In particular, Atelier46 selected natural materials such as stone and oak, combining them with pastel-colored furnishings, raffia lamps, and the “Rico” wallpaper by Tecnografica. The jungle-inspired design of “Rico” reflects the exotic flair that the studio aimed to infuse into the space and also serves as an ideal interior design element to attract the attention of passersby inside the shopping center.
