DomuS3D: Lounge Bar Design by Maticad and Tecnografica

For the DomuS3D Project of the Month – May 2023, Tecnografica and Maticad collaborated on the creation of a design-focused lounge bar, rendered with nighttime lighting to further highlight the distinctive features of the backlit wall surfaces used in the project. The project is available for download from the Live! page of DomuS3D. Tecnografica lights up the interior design of this lounge bar with its Dècora Glass Backlit decorative panels in “Onice Cappuccino” and the Metal wallpaper “Japan Forest.” These two finishes—one being luminous laminated glass panels and the other a metallic-effect wallpaper—were carefully paired to emphasize the structure of the central bar, framed by the decorated walls. The lounge bar’s modern and elegant style is enriched by strong references to the natural world: the selected graphics highlight, on one hand, the natural stone of “Onice Cappuccino” and, on the other, the eastern forest of “Japan Forest.” Additionally, the versatility of the Dècora Glass Backlit panel allows it to be used not only as a wall covering but also, as in this case, in the construction of the bar counter itself. Among the strengths of Tecnografica products is their complete customization for each specific project. This is complemented by the total freedom to combine wallpapers and decorative panels, creating stylistic cohesion and completeness in any space.
