Seafront Duplex Project by Otomi Studio

“A custom design where comfort and nature meet” With these words, Otomi Studio describes the Seafront Duplex project it curated in Limassol (Cyprus). Seafront Duplex is a two-story villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and Otomi Studio was in charge of the interior design. Inside the home, the studio aimed to align design with well-being, creating an elegant and welcoming space. The choice of colors and finishes focused on earthy tones and wood to convey warmth and create a connection with the surrounding nature. The wallpapers and decorative panels selected for the project followed the same philosophy. Tecnografica products were used to decorate the living area, master bedroom, child’s bedroom, and home office. The living area—an open space that includes the kitchen, dining room, and lounge—features the “Laguna” design on all walls, with warm hues and wax-like textures. In the master bedroom, the bed was elevated to create a cozy, retreat-like feeling and to offer an enhanced view of the landscape. The wall behind the bed is backlit with two Dècora LED panels featuring the “Tundra” design. The other walls are decorated with the geometric “Archetipo” wallpaper. The emerald green tones of the panels and the light blue hues of the wallpaper reflect both the mountain forests on the horizon and the Mediterranean Sea outside the room. For the child’s bedroom, the “Savana” wallpaper was chosen, creating the perfect backdrop for the play area and walk-in closet. Finally, the home office is fully covered in the “Eva” design, which decorates the space discreetly yet with sophistication.
