Teen Boy’s Bedroom – Vida Herastrau Project by Laurentiu Paicu

In the prestigious Vida Herastrau residential complex in Bucharest, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Romanian capital, architect and interior designer Laurentiu Paicu has designed an apartment featuring a refined and functional style. One of the most distinctive spaces is the bedroom of a teenage boy, conceived to reflect his lifestyle, interests, and daily needs. The design approach favored a youthful, modern, and dynamic style, including a dedicated area for studying and computer use, perfectly integrated into the room's layout. Making the environment even more distinctive is the wallpaper installed on the main wall behind the bed and desk: the chosen design is "Pentothal" (color variant: 'Stay Down'), a tribute to the irreverent and unmistakable style of the Italian cartoonist Andrea Pazienza. This graphic is part of the exclusive collection dedicated to the artist, faithfully reproducing some of his original drawings and transforming the room into a space of strong visual and cultural impact.
