The HATCH wallpaper is the result of a collaboration between Tecnografica and the design studio Vrtiška & Žák, a duo of architects known for their innovative and multidisciplinary approach spanning interior design, product development, and architecture.

Founded by Roman Vrtiška and Vladimír Žák, Vrtiška & Žák is a Czech-based studio with over a decade of experience and broad international recognition. Their work has earned numerous prestigious awards, including Red Dot, Good Design, Architecture Master Prize, and more. Their approach is defined by a blend of precision, creativity, and a constant search for new formal and functional solutions.

The HATCHgraphic design by Vrtiška & Žák is inspired by the concept of textile weaving. To develop it, the team created a system based on interchangeable geometric patterns, introducing a new way to experiment with texture, color, and proportion. The key features of this design include:
